Customer Portfolio Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong accounting skills to lead and grow a portfolio of customers across WA, focusing on the Fruit & Produce sector and broader agriculture market.
The role involves managing key accounts, building relationships, leading contract renewals, pricing strategy, and value engineering to drive commercial outcomes. You will also contribute to state and national strategy for our Fruit & Produce segment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts in the Fruit & Produce sector and broader agriculture market in WA.
* Build strong, multi-tiered relationships to retain and grow customer partnerships.
* Lead contract renewals, pricing strategy, and value engineering to drive commercial outcomes.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across agricultural supply chains.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in account management or sales within packaging, fresh produce, FMCG, or agriculture.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of agri-related supply chains.
* Proficiency in software applications including Salesforce.
* Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
