Job Title: Asset Technical Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Technical Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, improvement and management of our Parks & Gardens asset portfolio.
About the Role
* This key role supports both operational and capital planning by providing accurate data-driven insights into asset condition, performance, lifecycle and renewal needs.
The Asset Technical Officer will work closely with operational teams, capital project managers, finance, GIS and external stakeholders to ensure asset information is accurate integrated and fit for purpose.
About You
* You have C Class Drivers Licence.
* You possess IPWEA Professional Certificate in Asset Management Planning or similar with relevant work experience within a Civil Infrastructure capacity or a minimum 5 years' experience in developing technical documentation associated with open space related projects and asset management.
* You have knowledge of Australian Standards specifications for design construction of Parks & Gardens infrastructure including Playgrounds Park furniture Cemeteries Structures Services/Utilities Footpaths Green Assets
