Veterinary clinics require efficient IT systems to deliver exceptional patient care.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless system transitions, upgrades, and daily operations by providing high-quality IT support.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and business applications with minimal disruption to clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2 technical support to clinics, addressing hardware, software, and network problems.
* Collaborate with the Hypercare team on system migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
* Work closely with clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and resolve issues promptly.
* Evaluate complex issues and escalate when necessary while maintaining ownership of customer experience.
* Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices to enhance support efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT support role.
* Substantial expertise with Microsoft 365 products, Windows Desktop & Server, and Active Directory.
* Strong networking knowledge and hands-on experience.
* Experience with telephony (on-premise and hosted) and service ticket systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation.
* A valid right to work in Australia.
