Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children
* Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* Be accountable for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless continuity of services and operations
* Implement best practices and policies in line with organisational guidelines
