**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join their team in Sydney Olympic Park. This is an estimated 8-week temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to be required to play a critical role in high volume processing of emergency accommodation invoices in response to the recent flood disaster

**Responsibilities**
- Work within a high-volume transactional environment
- Receive and verify validity of data
- Capture, process, and lodge accurately customer information into the system
- High volume data processing of emergency accommodation invoices and payments
- Scanning and uploading invoices into EDRMS (TRIM)
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
- Demonstrated Business or Administration Support experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume community service environment desirable
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathetic nature with remarkable interpersonal skills
- Professional, resilient and confident with a customer service delivery focus
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Robust computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite and TRIM

**Requirements**:

- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
