Guest Service Agent Role

Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver outstanding customer experiences through efficient check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries.
* The ideal candidate will provide local information, tour bookings, and special requests to enhance the guest stay and build long-term relationships.
* Maintaining accurate guest records and upholding security procedures while promoting hotel services and promotions proactively are essential aspects of this role.
Requirements
* A minimum of 6–12 months of front office or customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or lodge setting, is highly regarded.
* Candidates must possess excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and knowledge of hotel systems are valuable assets, especially in remote or Indigenous community settings.
