CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Moxy (Articulated Dump Truck) Operators for key civil and landfill projects across Gladstone, QLD. These roles offer consistent work with Monday to Saturday, 10–12 hour shifts, and the opportunity for ongoing, long-term employment for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities: Safe and efficient operation of Moxy (ADT) trucks on landfill and civil works sites Carting, hauling, tipping and spreading dirt, waste, and materials as directed by site supervisors Working in high-traffic landfill environments alongside other mobile plant operators Conducting daily pre-start checks and reporting any maintenance or safety issues Following strict site safety, environmental, and traffic management procedures Coordinating with loaders, compactors, and other plant to maintain smooth site operations Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction or similar heavy industry environments Current RII Articulated Haul Truck ticket Blue or White Construction Card Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport Physically fit and able to work 10–12 hour shifts Reliable, punctual, well-presented, and safety-focused What We Can Offer: Highly competitive pay rate: $41.00/hr penalties allowances Weekly pay Monday to Saturday roster – 10–12 hour shifts Immediate starts available Temp-to-perm opportunities for suitable candidates Ongoing support from a dedicated CELOTTI recruiter To Apply If you believe you’re the right person for this role, please click APPLY, email your resume to monique@celotti.com.au or contact Monique on 1300 235 688.
