About The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing team based in Fitzroy North. This role offers autonomy, strong operational support, and the chance to manage a well-maintained portfolio while contributing to the continued growth of the business. You will be supported by full-time administration, state-of-the-art technology, and a collaborative leadership team. Reporting to the Head of Department, your responsibilities will include: Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties Working closely with the Head of Department to grow the portfolio out to 150 properties Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and tenants Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor management Conducting routine, entry, and exit inspections Overseeing lease renewals and rental arrears management Ensuring compliance with Victorian legislation and internal procedures About You The successful candidate will have: 2 years’ experience managing a residential portfolio Current Agent’s Representative Certificate, Cert IV, or Licensed Estate Agent status Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills A professional, solutions-focused approach to property management Current driver’s licence with a clean driving record A positive attitude, strong team ethic, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment If you’re a Property Manager who wants support, balance, and genuine career progression, we’d love to hear from you.
