Summit Health is seeking a dedicated and detail orientated HR Administration Officer to support the effective delivery of our people and culture functions. Based in central Mount Barker, this role will see you play a key part in maintaining and developing our HRIS (ELMO), coordinating mandatory HR compliance activities and providing comprehensive administrative support across recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. About you

You are an experienced HR administration professional who is meticulous about the detail. You are a motivated, organised person who can work autonomously but likes being part of a team and engaging with people. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are efficient at managing dynamic and continuous workflows. You have experience within human resource functions and working within a process driven environment.

About the role

Based in central Mount Barker, the HR Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring that HR related administration processes are completed in an efficient and effective manner.

Initial 12 month contract with the potential for ongoing employment.

This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday. Working hours across these days are flexible. The opportunity to negotiate 0.8 FTE is available for the right candidate.

The main priorities will be:

* Learning and becoming an expert administrator of ELMO (our HRIS software).
* Developing and maintaining all aspects of our HRIS (ELMO).
* Coordinating mandatory HR compliance items for all workers (employees, managers, volunteers, students and contractors).
* Providing administrative support throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process including management of applications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks as required, arrange and facilitate inductions and ensure the timely completion of all onboarding and offboarding tasks.
