Rapid Business Expansion and Account Management Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage overall relationships with key clients in the BFSI domain. The successful candidate will have opportunities to establish and grow business within assigned accounts.
The role involves managing and growing P&L, positioning, selling and delivering new service offerings and solutions, and acting as an advisor for project structures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business owners and C-Suite executives at strategic accounts.
* Customized Engagement Models: Develop and implement tailored engagement models to suit client requirements, driving multi-year roadmap success.
* New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and external partners.
* Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to grow relationship footprints and create new opportunities.
* Risk Management: Monitor potential risks and issues, providing timely updates to management.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Enterprise Consulting Delivery: Proven track record of enterprise consulting delivery, sales, and/or executive account management experience.
* Strategic Account Management: Ability to manage complex relationships with senior-level clients.
* Sales and Revenue Generation: Excellent sales skills, with a proven history of revenue attainment.
* Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work across multiple teams.
* Negotiation and Closing: Effective negotiation and closing skills, with market savvy and industry expertise.
