 
        
        Aurizon's large-scale SAP Transformation requires an experienced ERP Program Change Manager. This role drives and embeds effective change strategies across the program, ensuring adoption, engagement, and value realization.
You will work closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate complex transformation initiatives into clear strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop comprehensive change management strategies for a multi-stream ERP program.
 * Lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
 * Design and deliver training, adoption, and readiness programs.
 * Partner with program leadership to identify change impacts and risks.
 * Measure and report on change effectiveness.
We're looking for someone with:
 * Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline.
 * Proven experience as a Change Manager in large-scale transformation programs.
 * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
 * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
 * Strengths in Business Insight, Strategic Mindset, Customer Focus, Communicates Effectively, and Managing Complexity.
