Job Description
About the role
Based in Karratha, and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the portables team & coordinate resources & jobs, in line with budget, to maximise the quality & availability of our portables fleet.
As a Team Leader – Portables, you will:
- Coordinate the completion of cleaning, general maintenance & repair jobs
- Assist in loading, unloading & securing fleet for transport
- Ensure all furniture & accessories are prepared & packed as required for hire
- Ensure all necessary materials, tools & equipment are available to enable efficient work
- Train, supervise & mentor team to ensure all work is carried out & compliant with Australian Standards and building codes
- Assist in the completion of cleaning, general maintenance & repair jobs

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High Risk Work Licence & Current Drivers Licence
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and practical requirements
- Handyperson experience with strong aptitude for hands-on, building tasks
- Ability to promote, influence and drive a positive safety culture
- Construction Industry White Card (desirable)
