Key responsibilities are:
* Performs administrative functions supporting RTI and information privacy functions. This includes management of RTI and Privacy's generic email inboxes, mail register, recordkeeping, scanning/converting documents, banking, accurately updating the records management system and a local database.
* Coordinates the location, retrieval, receipt and return of documents responsive to RTI applications to meet the search requirements of the RTI Act.
* Drafts complete, grammatically correct, accurate, targeted correspondence suitable for the receiver.
* Compiles accurate and comprehensive reports using information located in several business systems, including the departmental learning system.
* Provides quality client services, including accurate information and advice, to members of the community, internal stakeholders, and affiliated statutory bodies.
