Campaign Coordinator Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the daily administration of the Seven Dynamic Trading Model.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with an offshore team to manage and track audience delivery across broadcast television assets.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a collaborative spirit. You are a flexible, passionate, tech-savvy individual, always eager to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regular communication and collaboration with the manager and TV Sales Team to deliver business objectives.
* Utilising dedicated systems and tools (Salesforce and Landmark) to support day-to-day management of TV advertising campaigns.
* Collaborate with the manager to provide clear guidance to the Seven Managed Services team regarding campaign deliverables and deadlines.
* Understand rules and regulations related to TV advertising and their impact on campaigns and the broader business.
* Assist the Advanced Advertising team with ad hoc tasks as requested.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, customer service, sales support, or office environment.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools is beneficial.
* Proven ability to meet daily deadlines with accuracy.
* Good communication and collaboration skills.
