About the role
* Analyse thematic risk and compliance issues, incidents, breaches, and losses, and elevate findings to stakeholders.
* Develop tools, templates, and documentation to support consistent application of risk and compliance frameworks.
* Support and monitor remedial actions, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution of operational loss/compliance incidents.
* Facilitate risk and control assessments, advise the business on risk/compliance processes, and guide action plans.
* Prepare reports on risk and compliance performance and implement the Line 1 control assurance program.
About you
* Demonstrated experience as an analyst in a relevant discipline (risk/compliance/audit) within financial services is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of control design and operating effectiveness.
* Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret diverse data, identify trends, and inform decisions.
* Ability to analyse complex information, generate insights, and evaluate options for sound decision‑making.
* Effective planning, prioritisation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and engage stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
