Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and support to public health officers.
* Conduct case and contact interviews, including those involving high-risk or sensitive settings.
* Plan and coordinate outbreak responses and other public health interventions.
* Support the Operations Manager in building a high-performing and engaged team.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective public health planning and delivery across the region.
* Promote professional development, competence, and performance within the team.
Requirements
* Current Authority to Practise as a Registered Nurse.
* Nurse Immuniser qualifications.
* Minimum 5 years' clinical experience.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to build a highly engaged team culture.
* Strong knowledge of clinical processes and healthcare systems.
* Skilled in staff development, capability frameworks, and workplace-based learning.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 platforms.
