Position Details
* Position: VCE VPC/VM Teacher
* FTE: Full time, fixed term (6-8 months)
* Location: Broadmeadows
* Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 plus Super
About The Role

We seek a passionate VCE VPC/VM Teacher to join our team. You will deliver engaging lessons catering to diverse learning needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. The role involves delivering foundational courses at our Broadmeadows Campus, based on an innovative 2-year program.
This position provides practical, hands-on learning experiences, preparing students for apprenticeships, traineeships, further education, university, or employment. You will work in classrooms and online environments, creating tailored learning experiences. If you are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop flexible learning programs for different learning styles
* Deliver practical training in classrooms and workplace settings
* Create authentic learning experiences for real-world application
* Support students with language, literacy, and numeracy needs
* Assess student learning using diverse methods beyond traditional exams
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with VET standards
* Build relationships with industry partners and community stakeholders
* Maintain professional knowledge and industry currency
Key Requirements
* TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (AQF 4) or enrolled
* Or the equivalent TAE40110 Certificate IV plus units TAELLN 411/TAELLN401A and TAEASS502/TAEASS502A/TAEASS502B
* Graduate Diploma/Bachelor of Education in Secondary or Adult Education
* VIT registration or working towards it
* Strong understanding of applied learning principles
* Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse needs
