Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist
As an experienced Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing payroll and supplier reconciliations in a fast-paced finance environment.
* Reconcile and process supplier invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate financial records and accounts with suppliers.
* Process weekly payroll across multiple sites.
This full-time role involves strategic payroll management, timely supplier reconciliations, and provision of administrative support to the finance team. Key requirements include:
* Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll processing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
