Rockingham Pool and Spa Solutions / Spa HQ is a privately owned Swimming Pool and Spa company that is stable and well-established in the industry, operating South of the River.
Our mobile service technicians are the backbone of our spa retail business and help compliment the retail store offering personal care to our valued customers in their backyards. We want to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working, and friendly individual to join our team.
Tasks & Responsibilities
^ Spa delivery, Spa handover
^ Spa servicing
^ Installation of spa pumps, controllers and heaters and other spa related equipment and accessories
^ Equipment maintenance
^ Troubleshooting and resolutions
^ General spa maintenance and repairs
^ Customer service relationship building/development & communication
^ Maintaining/updating client's service software
To be Successful
^ Experience is beneficial but willing to train someone who wants to learn and commit to the business.
^ Committed to safe work practices
^ Current driver's license (automatic or manual)
^ Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
^ Highly motivated with a positive attitude
^ Have excellent communication skills verbal and written
^ Be honest, reliable, and punctual
^ Time management skills
^ Ability to work unsupervised
^ Enjoy working outdoors
^Some basic electrical knowledge (plug and play) or willing to learn
^Must be able to provide a police clearance within 3 months of commencement
