* Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilizing a person-centered approach
* Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
* Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
* Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* Recognised tertiary qualification and current Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
* Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care.
