The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused administrator to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office administration, including timely management of incoming emails, quoting, accepting quotes and raising new tasks, invoicing reactive and remedial works, stationery orders, office supplies orders, data entry as required, raising purchase orders for suppliers and updating clients on the outcome of works. Assistance to the management team as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fire Safety industry experience preferred.
* Uptick experience preferred but not essential.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients, technicians, management and office staff.
* Attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
* Able to work effectively unsupervised, problem solve and locate information.
* Balancing responsibilities: able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* Flexibility: able to adapt to changing circumstances, work scheduled and tasks.
* Forward thinking: able to think proactively and with strategic approach, anticipating future trends and challenges and embracing innovation and adaptability.
