Site Manager – Prestons, N.S.W
About The Role –
Toll Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead logistics operations and drive excellence across our warehouse site. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering high-quality logistics services to our customers, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities -
As Site Manager, you will:
* Lead the delivery of logistics services for all contracted customers.
* Set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage site profitability and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
* Maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation.
* Foster a positive workplace culture and develop team capability.
* Ensure compliance with EHS, financial, and operational controls.
* Analyse site P&L and initiate corrective actions where needed.
* Champion a safety-first culture and high-performance ethos.
* Drive succession planning and talent development.
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 5 years’ management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.
* Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations.
* Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.
