As part of their continued success, Trident Commercial Finance are seeking an Administration Assistant with previous office based experience to join their Ballarat team on a full time, permanent basis.
About the Role
You will provide administrative and customer support to the wider team, contributing to a smooth and efficient finance process. Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and assisting with lending documentation
* Responding to customer enquiries and follow ups
* Supporting business development and senior leaders with admin tasks
* Maintaining a high standard of customer experience and accuracy
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous administration experience (finance industry experience an advantage but not essential)
* Is confident using computers with solid MS Office skills
* Communicates professionally with a wide range of customers
* Shows interest in building a long-term career within the finance sector
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
