Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team and support the implementation of our global HR strategy.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR business partnering, with a strong track record of delivering strategic projects and developing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with country heads and senior stakeholders on complex and strategic HR topics to provide guidance and business support
* Work closely with the regional and local HR team to deliver key KPIs and objectives
* Create, implement, and maintain action plans for HR policy and procedure changes ensuring compliance with all local legislation in line with Group standards
* Deliver the implementation and execution of the people strategy and key employee lifecycle activities
* Partner with CoEs and ensure that all onshore activities are delivered in conjunction with offshore teams
* Support immigration needs and compliance across Australia
* Manage benefits, WHS, and Workers Compensation
* Manage all mandatory government reporting
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure the right skills and roles are in place to meet business needs and onboarding across Australia
* Work closely with the Head of HR and Senior HRBP to deliver M&A, HR Projects, and regional integration activities
Requirements:
* 5+ years HR Business Partner experience in a complex matrix global environment
* Experience in the financial services industry or professional services firm
* Experience delivering HR strategic projects
* Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels of the business
* Experience working with a large global HR ecosystem
