Location: Australia - 100% Remote / Home Working (Must permanently live in Australia & have the right to work without restrictions to apply for this role)

Salary: $54,600 AUD per annum

Contract: 12-month initial contract

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for Twinkl members across the globe, providing support via phone, email, social media, and Twinkl's messenger tool.

Your Day Will Involve

Solving problems related to accounts and memberships quickly and effectively.
Advising educators and parents on the best resources, memberships, and accounts.
Communicating with internal teams (tech advisors, resource creators, designers) to resolve technical queries and request amendments/new resources.
Educating customers on our subscription offerings.

We're Looking For

A background in classroom teaching.
A good understanding of the current Australian curriculum.
Australian Graduate Diploma in Education.
Excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and attention to detail.
Facilities to work efficiently from home.
Ability to work late shifts and weekend shifts as part of a distributed work week.
