Payroll Officer - Up to $80k + Super
Responsibilities
* End-to-end processing of payroll for a diverse workforce
* Ensuring compliance with awards, agreements and legislation
* Handling payroll reporting, reconciliations and adjustments
* Supporting process improvements within payroll and HR functions
* Assisting employees with payroll-related queries
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in a payroll role (end-to-end processing preferred)
* Strong understanding of awards, superannuation and payroll legislation
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Intermediate Excel and payroll system experience
