As a Senior Heritage Consultant/Archaeologist, you'll work on a wide variety of projects in both Aboriginal and historical archaeology. You'll join a collaborative team that plans, manages, and delivers projects from start to finish.
The role involves:
* Planning, managing, and delivering projects, including archaeological assessments, due diligence, site inspections, fieldwork, management plans, and impact statements;
* Undertaking research and GIS mapping;
* Managing stakeholder consultation and building strong client relationships;
* Contributing to proposals, tenders, and cross-disciplinary project delivery;
* Mentoring and collaborating with team members.
Requirements:
1. A degree in Archaeology or a closely related discipline;
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a heritage consultancy environment;
3. Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality client advice, reports, and budgets;
4. Project and team management experience, including budget management and client liaison;
5. Possession of a valid Australian driver's license, Construction
