Duties include:
* Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen is in alignment with Food Safety requirements and hygiene practices
* Preparation, replenishment & rotation of stock in the kitchen
* Operate, maintain & clean all kitchen equipment & cleaning of cooking & general utensils used in the kitchen & restaurant
* Washing dishes
* Ensuring all kitchen areas remain clean and tidy (i.e. food preparation area, dish area)
* Basic assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking
* General pantry duties
* Assist other cooking employees
* Limited or incidental duties associated with collection of dirty dishes and store cleaning
