The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and organised Office Junior to join our team. You'll gain hands-on experience across a range of tasks and learn how a professional office operates day to day. This is a great chance to build confidence, develop your skills, and begin your career journey.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing general support to the office team
* Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries
* Helping prepare and format documents and correspondence
* Managing and organising filing systems
* Updating spreadsheets, records, and internal systems
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Assisting with scanning, printing, and other admin duties
* Greeting visitors and supporting basic reception tasks
What We're Looking For:
* Good attention to detail
* Clear and friendly communication skills
* Intermediate computer skills (Word, excel)
* A positive, can-do attitude
* Someone who's eager to learn and happy to help the team
* Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
* Minimum Year 10/11 education level required
* Must be an Australian citizen with valid work rights
