Litigation Lawyer/Associate - Specialist Commercial Firm

The Role
Reporting to a Director and Senior Associate, this role offers direct exposure to a range of disputes including complex and high-stakes matters. You will be responsible for:
* assisting in the conduct of all phases of the litigation lifecycle for a sophisticated caseload.
* manage the day-to-day conduct of matters with supervision and ensuring compliance with Court timetables and other deadlines.
* preparing correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and court submissions.
* appear before Courts and Tribunals.
* assist with formulating and delivering strategic, commercially astute legal advice on a range of complex issues.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a consummately professional and ambitious lawyer, distinguished by:
* a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery.
* admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and a current practising certificate.
* excellent written and verbal communication.

* the capacity for autonomous work, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
