Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in transformational change management or strategic planning within a complex organization
* Demonstrated success in leading initiatives that deliver measurable results
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
* Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
