Summary of the Role:
The Event Manager is a pivotal position within an organization, responsible for overseeing external events to maximize their impact.
This includes designing and implementing transversal external events, ensuring high standards are met in supplier selection, venue choice, theming, invitation production, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
* Events Management: Design, manage, and implement external events that align with organizational objectives.
* Sponsorship: Identify, negotiate, and implement large corporate sponsorships, particularly CSR partnerships and events.
* CSR Governance: Manage CSR plans, calendars, governance documents, and events tracking; conduct due diligence on philanthropic organizations; and provide support for CSR activations.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum five years of relevant experience in events management, including budget management, preferably with a focus on business-to-business marketing.
* Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, build networks, and prioritize multiple activities.
