**Sales Representative Role Overview**
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Western Australian team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sale and distribution of our wine portfolio in a defined territory across Western Australia, including regional runs.
The successful candidate will have strong industry connections, a genuine passion for wine, and excellent communication skills. They will thrive in autonomous roles, be highly organized, and consistently deliver results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Grow independent retail accounts and increase presence in the on-premise channel.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Meet sales targets and execute promotional strategies.
* Represent our brands at trade events and activations.
* Undertake regional travel as per the call cycle.
* Accurately and efficiently complete all administration requirements of the territory.
**Reporting Line:** This role reports directly to the State Sales Manager SA/WA/NT and is supported by a passionate and collaborative national team.
**Desired Skills and Experience:**
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the wine or beverage industry.
* Proven sales success in FMCG, with at least 3 years' experience.
* Strong territory management and business planning capabilities.
* A positive, solution-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trade-level relationships (retail and on-premise).
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* A current driver's license.
