You'll play a key part in supporting our Diabetes & Endocrine Department through:
* Providing outstanding customer service as the first point of contact
* Managing eMR scheduling, bookings, and Medicare billing with accuracy and confidence
* Handling a wide range of administrative and reception duties
* Thriving in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment with competing priorities

This role offers flexible part‑time arrangements, worked either across three 8‑hour days or spread over four shorter days, depending on what suits you and the team best.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
* Do you have a Medical Terminology Certificate?
* Tell us about your experience providing frontline administrative and customer service support in a busy healthcare or medical reception environment. Please include your experience with appointment scheduling, patient enquiries, and working under pressure.
* Describe your experience using hospital or medical administration systems (e.g. PAS or similar), Medicare billing processes, and medical terminology. Explain how do you ensure patient confidentiality and accuracy in your day-to-day work?
