Leading a national concierge and office services function, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a professional, welcoming and high-performing corporate environment, bringing the brand to life through service excellence, operational rigour and inspiring leadership.
Reporting to a Regional General Manager, this role has national responsibility for office and concierge services across Victoria, NSW and WA. You’ll lead and develop concierge teams, manage facilities and suppliers, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance across health, safety and risk, while championing customer experience at every touchpoint.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being present, visible and influential in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop concierge and office services teams across multiple locations
* Create a premium customer and employee experience through best-in-class concierge services
* Oversee facilities management, office operations and workplace services
* Manage budgets, suppliers, contracts and procurement activities
* Ensure full compliance across WHS, risk, security and emergency management
* Drive continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives and national office programs
* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver wellbeing, engagement and workplace initiatives
About you
You’re an experienced Office Manager or Workplace Services leader with a background in large corporate or property environments, known for your professionalism, warmth and operational excellence.
