Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Environmental Services Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of cleaning services, operating in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures, delivering excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients, and having demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development.
As an Environmental Service Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced and varied environment, taking pride in your work, having a friendly and positive work attitude, and achieving high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in healthcare or hotel cleaning (desirable)
* Working with Children check (if relevant)
* Commitment to service excellence
* Proven time management skills and ability to manage priorities
* Strong communication and customer skills
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
