Job Title: Branch Manager
This is a dynamic leadership role where you will lead a diverse team of around 50 operations and admin professionals, driving safety, efficiency, and service excellence across all branch activities. You will take ownership of daily operations, ensuring customer expectations are met while achieving key performance and growth targets. Your leadership will shape a positive high-performing culture that delivers results and keeps the branch running at its best.
The successful candidate will have strong proven experience managing complex multi-site operations as well as solid prior experience in managing operational teams within the waste logistics commercial or Government industry.

* Solid background in fleet management with ability to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Skilled in overseeing complex multi-site branch operations ensuring all activities align with safety and compliance requirements.
* Able to engage effectively with staff contractors senior management fostering collaborative working relationships.
