We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead a community-led initiative promoting positive change and respectful relationships in the Katherine West region.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with male community members and young men, building trust and rapport while facilitating meaningful conversations in a culturally safe environment.
The role involves coordinating and delivering a culturally grounded initiative focused on preventing Domestic, Family, and Sexual Violence (DFSV).
* Developing and implementing programs that strengthen leadership and promote positive masculinities aligned with local cultural protocols.
* Facilitating group sessions and supporting men through sensitive conversations around behavioral change.
* Working collaboratively with Elders, local leaders, and community members to create a safe and supportive environment.
