Aircraft Avionics Maintenance Specialist Role
We have multiple openings for experienced Aircraft Avionics Engineers to join our Aerospace team. As an Aircraft Avionics Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on various aircraft platforms.
* Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on avionic systems and components across fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
* E nsure all work is done according to authorised technical data and meets regulatory standards.
* D ocument maintenance tasks accurately, meeting certification requirements within specified timeframes.
* Adhere to procedures for reporting defects, non-conformances, or quality issues to the Team Lead.
* P erform delegated maintenance tasks while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key qualifications include:
* Holding a valid Aircraft Maintenance Trade qualification (e.g. Cert IV Aeroskills – Avionics).
* Ability to obtain a Defence Clearance as required by law.
* Experience working with military aircraft or strong interest in this area.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
