About the Role
Provide high quality service as the first point of contact for customers.
Creative positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction is obtained.
Managing customer interactions & enquires via inbound/outbound channels
Working through our different systems such as CRM, EBS and outlook.
Extensive database management and data entry.
About You
Previous customer service or call centre experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
