Responsibilities
* Safely and successfully deliver daily maintenance requirements and KPI plans in accordance with the company's values, legislation and HSEQ procedures.
* Lead maintenance execution in line with health, safety and quality programs relating to the maintenance functionality performed on site.
* Operate as a Maintenance Fitter on a workshop‐based schedule, supporting maintenance activities across Warkworth, United Wambo and Wilpinjong sites.
* Carry out field maintenance including onsite breakdown response and reactive support to nearby sites.
Qualifications
* Mechanical trade certification – Diesel/Mechanic.
* Volvo equipment experience – nominally rigid trucks.
* SAP experience preferred.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* Auto‐electrical competency.
* Heavy rigid vehicle licence (advantageous).
* Dangerous Goods license (advantageous).
* NSW police clearance (SSAN).
* Forklift ticket (LF) (advantageous).
* Good problem‐solving abilities.
* Strong focus on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Commitment to a safe, inclusive and high‐performance culture.
* Workshop experience with heavy mobile fleet maintenance within a mining environment.
* Experience with European prime movers (Volvo advantageous).
* Dual trade automotive and auto‐electrical certification (advantageous).
* Auto‐electrical experience backed by strong diagnostic aptitude.
* Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic circuitry and control systems.
* Ability to plan, manage and control material, contractor and employee resources.
* CMMS or SAP experience (advantageous).
* Ability to obtain NSW security clearance (SSAN).
* HR licensing (advantageous).
* Excellent interpersonal skills including the capability to lead and work in a team environment.
* Resourceful, self‐motivated and efficient.
* Excellent problem‐solving/troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritise duties.
* Strong focus and leadership on all facets of Health, Safety and Environment.

Location and Schedule
* Site based just 17 minutes from Singleton, at the dedicated DNAP lease maintenance facility at Warkworth.
* Operates on a 5/2 weekday roster.
* Supports maintenance activities across Warkworth, United Wambo and Wilpinjong sites.
* Access to OEM tooling, diagnostic software and structured maintenance systems.
