About the Role:

Located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, offer guidance, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Your Role:
* Deliver friendly support and assist customers over the phone and through various channels.
* Provide clear, accurate information and customised solutions to meet customer needs.
* Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain excellent service standards.
* Manage escalations confidently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring to the role:
* Minimum 3 months in a call centre environment OR 12 months in a customer-facing service role (retail, hospitality, reception, etc.)
* Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive learner who thrives in fast-paced settings and is committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
