· Build relationships with referral networks and promote services to potential clients through outreach and engagement.
· Support Residential Supervisors with payroll, onboarding, vacancy management, coaching, andleadership development.

You have experience working with NDIS plans and funding and are confident leading a team to deliver a high standard of disability services.
You hold relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in disability services, management, aged or health services or a related discipline.Ready to partner with us in making a difference?
