Overview

TSA Group Australia is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a short-term role supporting a major government project focused on national survey enquiries. This is a casual Customer Service Agent position.

Responsibilities

* Be the first point of contact for the public, assisting with inbound calls and enquiries related to the government survey.
* Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to customers.
* Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.

Key Details

* Contract Duration: Mid-July to mid-October 2026
* Pay: 34.79 AUD per hour + Superannuation + Penalty Rates on weekend shifts
* Location: 31 Troode St, West Perth — 100% office-based
* Roster: Availability-based scheduling within the following operating hours
* Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
* Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
