What the Role Requires
Proven experience as a motor vehicle parts and accessories sales representative and/or service advisor
Ability to guide service customers through required vehicle servicing and repairs, including advising on and selling manufacturer-specific parts, accessories and labour
Strong technical knowledge to help interpret, troubleshoot and communicate parts, accessories and system issues with vehicle owners and workshop technicians
Capability to provide accurate quotations, complete work orders and manage the customer experience from booking through to vehicle hand-over
Experience preparing sales reports, participating in team sales meetings and contributing to the setting and achievement of sales targets
Strong attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction
A process-driven, proactive and "I can help you with that" attitude
