What you'll do
• Manage the Accounts Payable cycle: processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with project and service teams to ensure accurate coding and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and support month-end processing.
• Process weekly payroll, superannuation, and staff reimbursements.
• Contribute to general office and accounts tasks as you develop.
Requirements
* Payroll experience is required.
* MYOB experience is highly preferred.
* Basic Excel skills (lookups, pivots, filters).
* Interest in Simpro (job management) is a bonus.
* Full Australian work rights are required for this position.
* Hours, pay & location
* Employment type: Permanent full-time or part-time (approx. 20–38 hours/week; flexible).
* Work pattern: Hybrid (Acacia Ridge office + 1–2 WFH days by agreement).
