Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Centre Director to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, their families, and the local community.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Working in consultation with the Centre Director to oversee the daily operations of the centre.
* Supporting educators in planning and implementing quality programs using your knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Ensuring the centre is consistently well presented and offers a safe and welcoming environment.
* Collaborating and supporting the ongoing development of each team member.
* Maintaining and managing resources across the centre.
Requirements:
* Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
* A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
* Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated leadership experience and skills are essential.
* A caring disposition and a positive attitude are a must.
