The Role
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning through to completion
- Oversee budgets, programs, and resources to meet targets
- Build solid relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Lead and mentor project teams and site staff
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
The Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related
- Minimum 2 years in civil project management here in Adelaide
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with subdivisions preferred
