Mobile Concreting Solutions is an industry leader in the manufacture and supply of construction materials in North West Australia. Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Concrete Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team on and 21 days on, 7 days off roster OR 12 days on, 14 days off.
This position is part of a very busy town plant. The suitable applicant will require experience managing the day-to-day operations of a concrete plant, while liaising with customers and scheduling trucks. This position requires an organised, efficient, highly competent multitasker who has extensive experience with higher specified concrete.
The following will be attributes considered advantageous:
* Production of concrete
* Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
* Extensive knowledge of concrete, including identifying class of concrete, slump, cement types and water/cement ratios
* Stock management and coordination of deliveries
* Current HR licence and experience driving an agitator truck
* Experienced, ticketed and competent in operating a Front End Loader
* Able to demonstrate a strong commitment to OH&S
* A genuine interest in all facets of the concrete industry and wishes to further a career
