About the company: Yo-Chi was born from an idea to bring together delicious frozen yogurt and toppings, with an infinite flow of good energy, in a space where people of all ages can socially connect with their loved ones. Yo-Chi kick-started Melbourne’s self-serve frozen yogurt scene with the opening of the first venue in Balaclava in September 2012. About the role: The Digital Marketing Specialist primary role is to support the Marketing Manager in executing digital marketing strategies that communicate with Yo-Chi fans effectively and in a way that achieves objectives but still respects how our customers want to interact with the brand. This role is both a strategic and executional role, and the right person will have the opportunity to progress quickly onto the next step of marketing manager or digital marketing manager. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to: Management of all digital touchpoints (app, website, uber eats) to ensure information is correct and up to date. Lead and optimise Google listings. Drive eDM strategy, consistently looking for opportunities to improve to further drive customer engagement and product sales. Including looking at templates, best practice, and customer journey mapping. Complete monthly reporting & post campaign analyses to track the impact of each major campaign, with special consideration to insights and recommendations. Manage Chi Club database, always looking for opportunities to elevate the loyalty program and drive customer engagement and retention. Liase with program providers (TalkBox and RedCat) on a consistent basis to identify opportunities to improve. Customer Experience & Local Marketing Build strong cross-functional relationships across all areas of the business with particular focus on operations for digital marketing LAM support Connect in-venue with teams regularly each week to build strong relationships. Consistently look at ways to improve operating rhythms, identifying potential efficiencies and implementing new processes. The successful candidate will have: Bachelors Degree Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Great work ethic and a get-it-done solution-focused mindset Organisation, initiative and creativity skills all necessary Excellent communication skills No ego, just a natural confidence born from genuine ability and a willingness to learn.
